long is the discount good for?

discount is good for as long as your account is active.
If you need to cancel but decide to come back later you will need to
resubmit your military email address to verify your status.
What
if I am deployed or restationed?
If
you are deployed you will need to cancel your account.
But don’t worry; we will be here when you get back!
If you are restationed you will need to update your account information
with your new address.
How
long does it take to verify my status?
It
will take up to 24 hours to verify your status and to have your discount
applied. You will receive an email
notification from us telling you that it has been verified.
Don’t worry…you can start adding movies to your queue and will we begin
shipping your selection right away.
Why
wasn’t my discount applied?
More than likely
you forgot to go to the
Military Discount page and supply us with your
valid military email address. If
that doesn’t take
care of the problem please contact us at

What
do you do with the military email address that was provided on the Military
Discount Page?
We
will only be using it to verify your active duty status.
When
will my discount be applied?
The
discount will be applied to your next billing cycle.
So it is important that you supply us with your military email address

Military Discount page before the 10 day free trail has ended.
This will ensure that the discount is applied to your first month’s
bill.
