How does this service work?
Once you have chosen your plan you will find the movies
you want to see and put them into your queue. Then, depending on your plan, 1-8
movies will be mailed to you in a discrete postage paid envelope. Once you have
finished with the movies simply put the movie in the supplied envelope and drop
it in the mail. When we receive your returned DVD(s) we will ship you the next
available selection in your queue. It's that simple!
How long can I keep the DVDs I've
rented?
As long as you wish! Your monthly membership fee allows
you to rent as many DVDs as you would like. It also allows you to keep movies
as long as you want. If you want to add the movie to your personal collection,
just click the "Buy This Copy" button in your Queue and it is all yours...we'll
send the next available movie in your Queue.
How much does the DVD rental
service cost?
Whether you are a closet viewer or a porn expert we have
the plan for you.

You can always change your plan. If you decide
to upgrade you will only be billed the difference in plans, but if you
downgrade or cancel you will not receive a refund for the partial month. We
also have to add an additional 8.25% sales/use tax for big brother.

In this case yes! Simply sign up and the first 10 days
are on us. At any time during those 10 days you are not completely happy with
the service just cancel your membership and nothing will be charged to your
credit card. Otherwise sit back and enjoy your movies, return them when you are
finished and we will ship out your next selection. After the 10-day trial
period is over we will charge your credit card for $17.99 and you are all set.
At any time during the trial you may choose to upgrade your membership and get
started right away. But remember that this offer is for first time customers
only.
How many DVDs can I rent per month?
That is completely up to you. Choose the plan that fits
your habit the best and we can ship you up to eight DVD's at one time.
What is the "Queue"?
The Queue is the ordered list of movies you would like to rent. This list will
grow with as many movies as you put into it, so the more
titles you have in your
Queue the greater the chances that you will always have the full number
of movies. Movies are sent to you according to rank and availability. The
number one slot will always have priority over the number two slot in your
Queue. If number one happens to be unavailable, we'll send you number two...
and so on. The order of your Queue will determine which movies get shipped out
to you first. This process continues as long as you keep adding, watching and
returning movies!
How discrete is this service?
Discretion is of the utmost importance. Therefore nowhere
on the outside of the mailer that your movie will arrive in will it say
IntimateDVD or give any indication that the contents contain adult material.
The only thing that will be on the envelope will be your address and the return
address for CMB Inc. If that isn't enough, you can go one step farther and have
your movies sent to a PO Box and you can pick them up at your convenience.
What will I need to sign up?
The only thing that you will need to sign up will be an
address that you can have first class mail sent to and a credit card to prove
you are over 18 years of age.
How much is shipping?
Absolutely free! The postage is prepaid on the return envelope, so unless you
lose it the postage doesn't cost you a dime.
How long does it take to receive my DVD?
If the movie in your queue is available it will normally
arrive in 1-4 days. In some areas it may take longer then 4 days due to US
Postal delays-sorry.

How do I return my DVD?
When you are finished with the DVD simply put it back in
the prepaid envelope and drop it in any USPS mailbox. Once we receive the DVD
your queue will be updated and we will send you the next available movie in
your queue.
Do I have to send back all of the DVDs
together?
That is not necessary. Whenever you are finished with the DVD
just send it back so that we can get your next choice on its way. By not
sending them all back at the same time you will be sure to always have a DVD at
your home to enjoy.
Can you tell me more about the packaging
that it will arrive in?
The DVD will be mailed to you in a discrete grey envelope.
The IntimateDVD name or any other adult related material will not appear
anywhere on the outside of the envelope. The only thing that will be visible is
your address and the name CMB Inc. and our return address. Your privacy is very
important to us so rest assure that we will do everything possible to keep the
service discrete.
Where do you ship from?
Your DVDs will be shipped from one of our distribution
centers in Texas or North Carolina. In the near future we will be adding a west
coast distribution center to cut down on shipping times for our customers
there.
What should I do if I lose the protective sleeve or prepaid
envelope?
If you loss the protective sleeve (the white sleeve with the
movie description on it) simply return the DVD with one of your other DVDs. You
can also stick it in the grey envelope with a note containing your email
address. This will allow us to the properly credit the movie to your account.
If you lose the envelope you can either return the movie in its protective
sleeve with one of your other movies or mail the DVD in it sleeve to:

What should I do if the DVD is damaged or just
unplayable?
Not to worry. Sometimes, but not too often, DVDs can get
damaged in transit. If this happens just put the DVD back into the protective
and check the box on the sleeve telling us that it is unplayable and the box
stating whether or not you want us to resend the same title.
What should I do if I received the wrong
DVD?
Occasionally things can get crossed up and the wrong DVD will get sent to you.
If this happens check the box on the protective sleeve showing that it is the
wrong DVD, and send it back to us. Once we receive it we will send the right
one to you ASAP.
IntimateDVD sent a DVD but I never received it?
Normally you receive your DVD in 1-4 days, if it has been much longer then
that, please notify Customer
Service and we will send you another copy. We understand that sometimes
USPS will lose parcels so we will have the Postal Inspectors investigate the
issue. If this becomes more then an occasional occurrence we will be forced to
put your account on hold to run a full investigation by the postal service and
divisions of the credit card companies.
I sent back a DVD but you never received it.

What credit cards do you accept?
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American
Express.
What day of the month will I get billed?
Your account will be billed on the same day each month. This day will be
determined by the day that your account was activated.
Will IntimateDVD show up on my credit card bill?
No it won't. For your privacy the name CMB Inc. will be the one that is shown
on the credit card bill.
Can I review my billing activity?
You sure may. Just logon and go to the
Account page. From there you will be able to view the past 12 months
billing activity.
How do I change my personal information?
Just logon and go to the
Account page. From there just click on the link to change the
information that you would like to update.
How do I change my credit card?
Just logon and go to the
Account page. From there just click on credit card change link to
change your credit card information. There will also be a button on the bottom
of the page to update the billing address for the credit card if needed.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Just logon and go to the
email preferences page. Check the none box and click update to choose
to not receive any email.
I am having trouble logging, what should I do?
If you are having trouble logging on please contact
Customer Service and give us your email address and password. We will
contact you shortly thereafter with some suggestions to help get you logged in.
Can I review my rental activity?
Just logon and go to the
Account page. On the bottom half of this page you will find the last 8
DVDs that have been shipped to you and the last 8 DVDs that you have returned.

We will never give your information to any third parties. Please feel free to

How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at
anytime by logging in and go to the
Account page. You will find a link that will cancel your membership.
The cancellation will take effect immediately. No refunds will be given for
partial months of use. All rented movies must be returned to IntimateDVD within
1 week of cancellation. After this time any unreturned DVDs will be subject to
standard IntimateDVD restocking fees based on the manufactures suggested retail
price.
How do you determine which DVDs get sent
to me?
This is done according to your rental plan and the number of available slots
combined with the availability of the titles in your queue.
Why didn't I get the first DVD in my
queue?
When you return a movie or have an open slot in your queue, we make every
effort to ship your first choice. To help you get the most out of your
membership, if a title in a higher spot is out of stock, we'll send your next
available in-stock title. This way, you will always have great movies on hand!
How do I remove, adjust, or change the DVDs in my queue?
This can all be done by logging on and going to the
Queue page. From there you can reorder the titles by changing the
numbers or by checking the remove box next to the title that you wish to
remove. Pretty simple huh!
How do I find a movie?
Click on the browse tab and it will take you to the
Browse page. From there you can type in what you are looking for in the
search box, or use one of the drop down menus to search by a list of Directors,
Studios, Genres or Performers.
How do I select to movie I want to
rent/buy?
Once you have successfully browsed for a movie that you want it is as easy as
clicking on the buy or rent button. If you select rent the movie will be added
to the end of your queue. If you select the buy option it will be added to a
shopping cart and you will be instructed on how to check out.
How can I be sure I will like the movie?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee that you will like the movie but since it is
just a rental simply stick it back in the envelope and return it to us. But if
you really like it remember that you can purchase the copy you have by going to
your queue and selecting the buy option.
What about availability?
If there's a movie in queue that is scheduled to be shipped next, but either
hasn't been returned yet or just isn't in stock, we'll wait until all the
returns for the day have been accounted for and see if it's available. Although
we try our best to make sure that everyone gets the movies at the top of their
queue sometimes they are simply unavailable. In order to assure that you have
the maximum number of movies in your possession at all times, please fill your
queue with plenty of movies (20 or more).
If all of the DVDs in your rental queue have a "SHORT WAIT" or "LONG WAIT"
status, there is no need for worry. We always make more copies available to
meet demand. To be sure that you will receive all of the DVDs according to your
plan be sure to keep at least 10-20 movies in your queue at all times.
NOW: This movie is currently available,
and will ship immediately, if you have a slot available.
SHORT WAIT: This DVD has already been
checked out. Even though we stock multiple copies, they may not arrive back as
quickly as we hope. Typically this should become available in less than a week.
LONG WAIT: The wait for this movie can
be considerable, and it may be several weeks before it becomes available. We
acquire movies based on our customers' demand, so it is a good idea to leave
this movie in your queue.
NOT AVAILABLE: This title is no longer
available to rent. This is due to either a high breakage rate, or because it is
out of print from the studio.
What if you don't have a movie I want to
see?
Everyday we're adding to our inventory and trying build the largest inventory
on the Web. If you find a particular title that you would like us to carry,
please use the request feature on the
browse page, and we'll do our best to get it for you.
